Whey protein powder (I have the chocolate flavoured) Make sure they have amino acids. 1 scoop
Soya milk
Ground Flaxseeds 1 tbsp

How it works!
The amino acids are key to heathy brain chemistry, the whey protein gives you your daily protein needs for energy and cell repair, the soya milk and flaxseeds have natural oestrogen properties so if you have hormonal problems your oestrogen receptors will use these natural oestrogens which is a lot healthier than the fake oestrogens we are subjected to (hormone pumped animals and cows milk, spray deodorant, plastics, that's only a few). So if you have oestrogen dominance it's because we aren't having the correct oestrogen. That's a whole other post! And finally, the aloe Vera cleanses the liver so all this can be done efficiently in your body!
