Online Therapeutic Sessions
Online sessions offer gentle, nervous-system-informed support from the comfort of your own home. These sessions are designed for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, triggered, disconnected from themselves, or ready to gently explore patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing.
My online work brings together over 20 years of client experience with somatic regulation, guided relaxation, IEMT-informed techniques, EFT-style tapping, therapeutic conversation and future-focused change work. The aim is not to force change or push you into anything overwhelming. Instead, we work gently and collaboratively, helping your nervous system feel safer, your emotions feel more manageable, and your sense of self feel steadier.
What an Online Session May Include
Somatic Processing
Somatic work helps you gently notice what is happening in the body and begin creating small signals of safety. This may include grounding, breath awareness, body-based exercises or simple nervous-system regulation tools. Some sessions may include guided relaxation, light trance-style techniques or focused attention exercises to help you settle, soften and connect with a calmer part of yourself.
IEMT-Informed Work
Integral Eye Movement Therapy, or IEMT, may be used where appropriate to help reduce the emotional charge connected to memories, feelings or patterns. This work is always guided gently and paced carefully. You remain in control throughout. EFT-Style Tapping EFT-style tapping may be used to support emotional regulation, stress relief and self-soothing. You will be guided through the process and can stop or adapt it at any time.
Therapeutic Conversation
Sometimes being heard, understood and gently guided into new perspectives can be deeply supportive. Sessions may include reflective conversation to help you make sense of what you are feeling and begin relating to yourself in a kinder way. Future-Focused Change Work Where appropriate, we may explore how you would like to feel, respond and move forward, helping you connect with a calmer, more confident and resourceful version of yourself.

Who Online Sessions Are Not Suitable For
Online sessions are not a crisis service and are not suitable if you are in acute crisis, actively suicidal, at immediate risk of harming yourself or someone else, or needing urgent psychiatric or medical support. They are also not a replacement for medical care, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric support or emergency help. If you are in immediate danger or feel at risk, please contact emergency services on 999, NHS 111, your GP, your local crisis team, or Samaritans on 116 123.
How It Works
You contact me to enquire about an online session.
I send you consultation, consent and confidentiality forms by email.
I review your forms to make sure online work feels appropriate and safe for your needs.
If suitable, we arrange a session time.
Payment is made in advance to confirm your appointment.
Your session takes place online via video call from a private, quiet space.
Creating a Safe Space Online
For your session, please make sure you are somewhere private, comfortable and free from interruptions. Headphones or earbuds are recommended if possible. At the start of the session, I may check that you are in a safe space and confirm what to do if the connection drops. This helps create a clear and supportive container for the work.
