About the Author
I'm Lucie, a therapist, wellbeing practitioner and author based in Lincolnshire. I have worked in the wellbeing industry since 2009, beginning with acupuncture and body - based therapies before expanding into emotional wellbeing, hypnotherapy, IEMT, EFT, somatic regulation and nervous-system-informed therapeutic work.
Writing has always been a part of how I process, reflect and make sense of life. My first book High Vibrations was a deeply personal and meaningful project, and it fulfilled a childhood dream of becoming an author. Through both my writing and my therapeutic work, I am passionate about helping people feel more connected with themselves, more compassionate towards their experiences, and more open to healing in a way that feels gentle, personal and empowering.
